Internet Banking login assistance 

Individuals

1. For login, you need to have the following information at hand

Client Code
  • It is an 8 digit code;
  • The code is transmitted to you by the sales consultant and is mentioned in the Current Account Opening Form

  • To access the internet banking service, you need to fill in the Client Code in the login window, including the figure 0, if included;
  • The Client Code will be also used to access the Call center service and to activate the smartphone application for Android, iPad and iPhone devices.
Password 1
  • Together with the Client Code, you will receive a sealed envelope witch contains a unique password;
  • Follow the steps indicated in the envelope to find out the Password 1;
  • At the first login, you must change your password;
  • The new password must contain only digits (8 digit string);
  • Attention! Remember Password 1 and do not reveal it to anybody.
CNP
  • The application will request to fill in 2 characters from CNP for each login;
  • For example, if your CNP is 2141212987654 and the application requests the characters 3 and 8, you will select the third digit from CNP, which is 4, and the eighth digit, which is 9.

3. Situations that you may encounter during login and what you can do to overcome them

You don't know the Client Code

You can find out your Client Code by contacting our Call Center team at +4021 308 1110 (available from all networks), *2111 (available from Orange and Vodafone networks) or 0801 000 111 (available from Telekom Romania network).

You have entered a wrong Password 1 and the password is blocked

  • Password 1 is blocked after three consecutive mistypes;
  • If you remember your Password 1, you can ask the Call Center team to unlock it, by calling at +4021 308 1110 (available from all networks), *2111 (available from Orange and Vodafone networks) or 0801 000 111 (available from Telekom Romania network);
  • If you forgot or lost your Password 1, please go to a Millennium Bank branch to collect an envelope with a new Password 1;
  • Password 1 can be changed through the Internet Banking application by accessing Home -> User Profile -> Password Manager Menu option.
